About the role

The Physician Assistant will perform comprehensive patient evaluations, diagnose and manage common urologic conditions, and develop treatment plans. They will also collaborate closely with physicians and maintain accurate documentation within the EMR.

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing outpatient Urology team in beautiful Wilmington. Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and follow-up visits
  • Diagnose and manage common urologic conditions
  • Develop treatment plans and provide patient education
  • Order and interpret diagnostic testing and imaging
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the EMR

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • Board certified or board eligible
  • North Carolina license (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in outpatient specialty care and patient-centered medicine

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program and board certified or board eligible. A North Carolina license or the ability to obtain one is required, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
