Registered Nurse (RN) Neurology Acute Care/Step Down

• About Lerner Tower 4 – Neurology Acute Care Step Down Unit Lerner Tower 4 is a 30 bed adult inpatient care unit that primarily provides care for neurology and neurosurgical patients.
• The newly remodeled unit is also a neuro intermediate care unit, in which stepdown acuity level neuro patients can be cared for.
• Additionally, Tower 4 has a unique collaboration with NSU, the neuro ICU.
• Management as well as staff from both areas meet frequently to discuss issues, work on process improvement and patient satisfaction.

Position Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of nursing process and practice. Uses a wide variety of technical equipment to meet patient needs and prescribed medical therapies (ie. • Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. Minimum of Diploma/Associate’s Degree in nursing from accredited program.

• Requirements: Registered nurse with current license to practice in the state of Ohio.
