Market context

Pediatric clinic LPNs are in steady demand

In Virginia, pediatric clinic LPN roles tend to draw candidates with recent hands-on experience, current BLS, and an unrestricted license, so competition often centers on clinical readiness and familiarity with outpatient pediatric care. This posting’s requirements and benefits are AI-summarized from the original job description, helping you review the essentials faster. If you’re considering applying, confirm your license status and document your last year of LPN experience before you submit.
