Provide person-centered and trauma-informed counseling services within a licensed withdrawal management program. Responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with Minnesota 245F regulations.
Requires a current LADC or ADC-T license in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy. Candidates must pass a DHS background study and possess strong interpersonal communication skills.

The Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) provides counseling services within a licensed withdrawal management program, ensuring compliance with Minnesota Statutes Chapter 245F and all applicable regulations. This position delivers person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care to individuals experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. As a member of a multidisciplinary team, the LADC supports client stabilization, fosters engagement in treatment, and facilitates successful transitions to ongoing care and recovery services.
