The Physical Therapist is responsible for the examination, evaluation, and treatment of patients with physical impairments to achieve optimal functional outcomes. This includes developing integrated treatment plans, providing patient education, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree or higher from an approved physical therapy program. A current Florida State Physical Therapist license and BLS/HealthCare Provider certification are required.
