Speech Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist - SLP - ST (Per Diem)

A Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist, (SLP,CCC), position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Falmouth, MA. Once a part of the PTS team, you may join as many of our other local Per Diem rosters in your area. Must have CCC's.

• Facility has moved into a new facility at 359 Jones Road.
• This facility is ideal for sub-acute rehabilitation with multiple first floor private rooms and brand new gym space.
• We’re located in an isolated quiet part of town with ample outdoor space for community reintegration.
• Our gym was completely remodeled pre COVID.
• We’re looking for somebody with a passion for sub-acute rehabilitation as we have a very large transitional care caseload.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current Speech Language Pathologist license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours
• Must have CCC's.
