Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal assistance Provide mobility and transfer assistance Follow individualized care plans and delegated care instructions Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe home environment Provide companionship and emotional support Observe and report changes in client condition to the clinical team Escort or transport clients to appointments and errands as needed Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compassionate care at all times

Qualifications
