The technologist provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders through polysomnography and diagnostic services. Responsibilities include preparing equipment, performing titration studies, and generating accurate clinical reports.
Requires an associate degree or completion of an accredited polysomnographic program and BLS certification. Candidates must be an RPSGT or obtain this certification within 6 months of hire, with 3 years of experience preferred.
Polysomnographic Technologist (Sleep Tech) – Lombard – Sleep Lab Position Highlights: Part-Time, 20 hours per week Hours: 10-hour overnight shifts; approximately 7:30PM to 6:00AM, Every Sunday needed Week 1 - Sunday/Monday/Saturday; Week 2 - Sunday - hours can be discussed Location: Lombard - 1801 S. Highland Avenue Travel: Lockport as needed.

Successful completion of an accredited polysomnographic program leading to an associate’s degree with emphasis on polysomnography Successful completion of an accredited polysomnographic program with emphasis on polysomnography or completion of ASTEP Program Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists required OR Certified Polysomnographic Technician (CPSGT) upon hire with RPSGT obtained within 6 months of hire BLS certification required A minimum of 3 years experience as a Polysomnographic Technician preferred. The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $22.00-33.35, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
