About the Role

Setting: 100% Remote | Maine-based FQHC, outpatient care Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40 hrs/wk | EST hours Patient Population: Ages 6+ with diagnoses including; autism, depression, ADHD, grief, trauma, SUD, attachment disorder, behavioral diagnoses, adjustment disorder, and small percentage of SPMI.

Qualifications

Active LCSW or LPC license in Maine (required) Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST hours Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels Telehealth experience preferred (experience with eClinicalWorks and AthenaOne a plus!)
