Position: Counselor II
Department: Youth and Family (YFD)
$66,081.60 to $83,512.00 (Annually). There are 15 steps on our salary scale. We use a bona fide factor system to determine starting wage (years of experience, education, credentials, and specialty skills that relate to the job requirements).
Master’s degree in psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college required. Work experience in a behavioral or mental health setting preferred. Combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered.

The Counselor II Clinician provides community-based therapy services to youth enrolled in CCMH’s Youth and Family program. The Counselor II works on a multi-disciplinary team with higher acuity youth and families. This position will also support the Youth and Family Department’s Outpatient Clinic, providing assessments and counseling services for clients.
