The Counselor I provides therapeutic services to adults, children, adolescents, and families as part of an integrated care team. They may be assigned to various agency programs including crisis, outpatient, residential, or detox services.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a social services field or possess equivalent education and experience to qualify as a QMHA. Additionally, at least two years of relevant work experience and official QMHP certification or registration with MHACBO are required.

Position: Counselor I
Integrated Community Support Specialist (ICSS) - Solutions to End Homelessness Program (STEHP)
$28.13 to $36.37 (hourly). There are 15 steps on our salary scale. We use a bona fide factor system to determine starting wage (years of experience, education, credentials, and specialty skills that relate to the job requirements).
Bachelor’s degree in social services field or combination of education/experience that qualifies as a QMHA required; History of working cooperatively in a team setting with at least two years relevant work experience preferred.
