Supervise individuals in recovery within halfway houses to support their independence and mental health. Responsibilities include conducting intakes, performing drug screenings, and maintaining a safe, trauma-informed environment.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and insurance. CPR/First Aid certification is required, though training is provided by the employer.

Houses of Hope is hiring a full-time behavioral health technician at our halfway houses. Position includes overnight shift (12:45pm - 9am). Behavioral health technicians are a critical member of our multidisciplinary team and work actively and cooperatively with the clinical team. They supervise the individuals in service and support their efforts to achieve and maintain recovery.
Help foster and maintain a welcoming, trauma-informed and safe environment for individuals in service. Complete intakes and provide initial orientation to program and facility. Administer drug/alcohol screenings and perform room and property searches. Complete rounds to ensure compliance with program rules. Facilitate and reinforce positive communication with individuals. Process discharges and follow protocols if individuals relapse. Abide by federal confidentiality and HIPAA regulations. Adhere to the agency’s organizational code of ethics.
CPR/First Aid required (will provide training at no cost). Proof of valid Driver’s License and insurance is required.
