We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team. Your expertise will support patients through assessment, treatment, education, and ongoing management of their health conditions. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews to determine individual care needs. Administer medications and injections accurately, including IV infusions and medication management in accordance with physicians' orders and safety protocols. Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems to document patient information meticulously and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist with diagnostic procedures such as laboratory specimen collection, phlebotomy, and imaging techniques like sonography or mammography when required. Provide specialized care for patients with complex conditions including ICU or Level I Trauma Center cases, critical care needs, or post-operative recovery. Support patients with chronic illnesses such as diabetes or heart disease through education on medication adherence, lifestyle modifications, and health coaching. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in settings like emergency rooms, hospital medicine units, outpatient clinics, or long-term care facilities to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Valid RN license in good standing with the state of Florida. Proven experience in diverse clinical environments such as hospital medicine, ICU, emergency medicine, or post-acute care settings. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, and diagnostic evaluation techniques. Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems for accurate medical documentation. Experience with specialized procedures such as wound care, G-Tube, ostomy care, infusions, or ventilator management is preferred. Critical care experience or Level I/II trauma center background highly desirable. Ability to perform complex patient assessments and manage acute pain or infectious disease cases effectively. Excellent communication skills for triage situations and working with individuals of all ages—including pediatrics and geriatrics—and those with developmental disabilities or dementia care needs.
