The RN provides acute care for oncology patients, including assessing needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include documenting patient care, managing unit operations as a charge nurse or preceptor, and potentially utilizing TeleHealth for hospital-at-home services.
Candidates must be a graduate of an approved nursing school with a current Florida or eNLC RN license and BLS certification. A minimum of 1 year of experience is required, with 2 years of acute care experience required for the Hospital Care at Home program.
