Pharmacist obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Must be willing to initiate the process to obtain one or more Pharmacist licenses within 90 days of hire/transfer for the following states: AL, AR, IA, ID, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MS, NE, OK, OR, TN, TX, VA & WV.
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
What additional preferences we're seeking The role is ideally suited for someone located near Evansville or Indianapolis. The candidate will support Dermatology and Neurology clinics in a partially remote capacity, with an expected onsite presence of about 1–2 days per week at a clinic location, potentially more depending on the candidate’s preference. Experience in an ambulatory care setting or specialty pharmacy or completion of PGY1 Pharmacy Residency and/or PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency Program preferred. Requires Pharmacist licenses.
