Requires an MD or DO degree and a valid physician license with prescriptive authority from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision. Advanced Life Support certification is preferred.

Physician MD/DO with Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
