Provide direct therapeutic services, including weekly psychotherapy and group facilitation, to LGBTQ+ youth experiencing homelessness. Manage a clinical caseload, conduct risk assessments, and coordinate mental health interventions with care teams.
Requires a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) and at least 2 years of experience working with youth, preferably queer, trans, and homeless populations. Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques and DSM-5 diagnoses is essential.
