Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Caregivers, Homemakers, Home Health Aides (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Personal Care Assistants (PCA), and Personal Care (PC) providers for in-home care positions in Worcester, Holden, Paxton, West Boylston, Rutland, and surrounding areas. Job Summary Join a growing team providing non-medical and personal in-home care services to seniors. We are seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers at all experience levels for a full-time position with consistent hours available.

Responsibilities

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, grooming as applicable) Provide personal care and hygiene assistance (HHA/CNA/PCA roles) Offer companionship and emotional support Assist with meal preparation and nutrition Perform light housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, organizing) Assist with errands, transportation, and daily tasks Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment Positions Available Homemaker (non-medical support, housekeeping, errands) Caregiver / Companion Home Health Aide (HHA) Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Personal Care (PC)

Requirements

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow care plans and client preferences Compassionate, dependable, and patient HHA/CNA certification required for applicable roles Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
