The Service Coordinator provides screening and assessment for individuals with substance use issues to determine appropriate treatment and refer them to agencies. They are also responsible for scheduling appointments, maintaining client data in CMBHS, and coordinating with courts and probation departments.
Candidates must hold a current Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) license in Texas and a high school diploma or GED. A valid Texas driver's license and a minimum of one semester of college work or equivalent reading comprehension are required.
