The RN will assess patient conditions to create specialized care plans and collaborate with physicians to provide necessary education to patients and families. They are responsible for shaping exceptional patient journeys and directly impacting patient wellbeing within a Med/Surg unit.
Applicants must hold a current Kentucky or compact state RN license and an associate's degree from an accredited nursing school. Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire, and one year of experience is preferred.
