The Speech Language Pathologist implements skilled speech-language services and develops initial and ongoing treatment plans for patients. They are also responsible for discharge planning, case management, and maintaining positive interactions with staff and residents.
The candidate must be a licensed therapist capable of adhering to state regulations concerning speech therapy services. They should be able to provide quality patient care within the policies and procedures of the facility.
