The Dental Assistant supports the clinical team by preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures. They are also responsible for educating patients on oral hygiene and assisting with general office operations.
Candidates must possess X-ray and CPR/BLS certifications. Knowledge of dental terminology, OSHA/HIPAA standards, and infection control protocols is required.
In this role, you’ll be an important member of the clinical team, working alongside GPs and other Specialty Clinicians dedicated to serving patients. You’ll be supporting many sides of the practice, greeting and guiding patients, and helping out across the office as needed.
Schedule (days/hours)
Mon/Tues 8-5 Wed/Thurs 7-4 Fri 8-2
Preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures Helping to educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies Improving oral health, solving dental challenges, and bettering smiles every day
Xray Certification Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care
