Provide direct care and support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in group homes and supported living apartments. Assist clients with daily living activities, medication administration, and community outings to ensure they are safe and fulfilled.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record. Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test, and be available to work weekends.
$16 - $18.50 per hour, DOE (Full pay scale is $16-$22)
Horizon Project is a non-profit that helps adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) support adults with IDD in their homes and on community outings. As a DSP, you’ll provide direct care to clients living in 24/7 group homes and in supported living apartments. Our goal is to make sure our clients are safe, healthy, and fulfilled.
