Assist surgeons with patient draping and maintain aseptic techniques during procedures. Manage the instrumentation and supplies necessary for safe and efficient surgical operations.
Requires a high school diploma, graduation from an OR Technician program, and Surgical Technician certification. Candidates must have BLS certification and one year of experience or demonstrated scrub ability.
The O.R. Technician will assist surgeons with draping the patient and maintaining principles of aseptic technique and instrumentation and supplies required to execute a safe and expedient surgical procedure.
