Provide nursing services as part of an inter-disciplinary team to a diverse patient population. Manage patient care within specialized units such as ER, ICU, or Pediatrics.
Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and licensed to practice Professional Nursing in New York State. Specific certifications like ACLS and PALS are required depending on the assigned unit.

Successful completion of St. Barnabas Hospital Orientation Program
Mental and physical health to meet the demands of the position.
ER, ICU, RR Nurses are required ACLS Certification within one (1) year of
employment.
One year Med-Surg experienced required for ER and ICU assignment.
PALS certification required in Pediatrics area within one (1) year of employment.
Thirty-seven and one half hours (37 ½ ) per week, hours as assigned.
Lifting and moving heavy patients and beds.
Exposure to communicable diseases.
