The CNA will provide patient-centered care within an acute care unit. They will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while adhering to the organization's core values and mission.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and complete the hospital orientation program. Proficiency in English and the physical ability to meet the demands of the position are required.
We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Attendant (CNA) to join our acute care unit. The CNA will work in harmony with other members of the interdisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care, honor the tenets of Plantree as well as the core values and the mission of SBH.
1. Education Required: High School Diploma
Completion of St. Barnabas Hospital orientation program
Ability to speak, read and write English.
Good communication skill
Pleasant, courteous and tactful manner.
Mental and physical health to meet the demands of the position.
Thirty five (17.5) hours per week, hours of work as assigned.
Job hazards: Lifting and moving heavy supplies
