  • Range: $120,000.00 Salary/yearCome join our team as a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) at Community Health Services- 2221 Hayes Avenue, Fremont! This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced, compassionate PA, who enjoys caring for a diverse population of patients--including both adults and children. Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience in a family practice setting. $120,000 base salary, No RVU's and paid malpractice insurance. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, our providers are eligible to apply for student loan repayment through National Health Service Corps (NHSC)- up to $75,000 for full-time employees. Other benefits include paid vacation, sick time, and retirement benefits.

  • For: ✅ Graduate of a current accredited Physician Assistant (PA) Program ✅ Current License to practice in the State of Ohio as a Physician Assistant (PA) ✅ Current Basic Life Support Certification ✅ Minimum of two years as a PA preferred ✅ Knowledge of documenting with EHR ✅ Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task ✅ Ability to critically think and problem solve ✅ Reliable, professional, and compassionate

Requirements
