The Radiation Therapist is responsible for accurately delivering therapeutic radiation and performing CT simulations while following department protocols. They must maintain patient records, perform equipment quality checks, and ensure effective communication with patients of all ages.
Candidates must be graduates of a CAHEA accredited radiation therapy program and hold ARRT-T and Ohio Radiologic licenses. Proficiency in linear accelerators, radiation safety, and dose calculations is required.
