The Case Manager supports individuals with psychiatric, substance abuse, and social issues through a strengths-based, wellness-informed approach. Key duties include coordinating medical care, assisting with benefits and housing, and providing crisis response and skills training.
Candidates must meet Oregon State (OARS) and MHACBO QMHA certification requirements, which include a bachelor's degree in behavioral science or three years of relevant experience. A valid Oregon driver's license and an insurable driving record are required.

The National Health Service Core (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program is open to licensed primary care medical, dental, and mental and behavioral health providers who are employed by accredited sites.

Pay Range Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education and experience as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range.
$23.55 - $29.45 DOE

The Case Manager works as a member of an interdisciplinary team to build working relationships, solve problems and support individuals seeking and receiving services. Responsibilities will primarily consist of guiding, assisting and supporting individuals who have psychiatric, substance abuse, medical, social and legal issues to improve their daily living skills, and assist them in their recovery process.
The Case Manager work closely with KBBH therapists, psychiatric providers, community partners, and the client’s medical providers. This position involves participation and implementation of program goals and objectives to promote a strengths-based, wellness-informed client centered approach to assisting individuals in achieving consumer-driven and medical goals.
