Conduct physical examinations, obtain medical histories, and develop care plans for patients under physician supervision. Provide ongoing patient education and maintain accurate medical records while adhering to productivity metrics.
Requires a Master's Degree from an accredited program with current NCCPA or AANPCP certification and a valid practitioner license. Must possess CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications along with DEA and NPI credentials.
*in addition to a base salary, this roles receives quarterly bonuses*
