Collects blood, urine, sputum, and stool specimens from adult, pediatric, and infant patients following established standards. Ensures specimen quality, patient safety, and maintains laboratory supply levels.
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 0-5 years of technical experience. Phlebotomy Technician Certification is preferred.
Collects blood from patients following established standards and practices. Assures the quality of the specimen. Assumes the responsibility for the safety and comfort of patient.
