The Case Assistant will work within Greenwich House’s Older Adult Network to provide individualized case management and information services that empower seniors to live independently and with dignity in their own homes. They will work closely with senior center directors and agency staff, help identify and support clients in need, and manage a caseload that includes both long-term and short-term clients.

The expected base salary for this position is $57,000 (hourly equivalent of $31.32). This rate reflects the anticipated compensation at the time of this posting and may be adjusted based on experience, education, and organizational needs.
