Responsible for evaluating and providing physical therapy services to children with various diagnoses, including cerebral palsy and orthopedic injuries. The role involves documenting care, training caregivers on adaptive equipment, and maintaining a safe clinical environment.
Requires a bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree from an accredited physical therapy program and Minnesota state licensure. BLS certification is required, and pediatric experience is preferred.

The Physical Therapy department evaluates and treats children with a range of diagnoses . For example, gross motor development delay, cerebral palsy, spina bifida, Down syndrome, and orthopedic injuries. They work in conjunction with other interdisciplinary clinics like the Down syndrome. clinic. They assist and train children and caregivers in the use of adaptive equipment to promote independence.
Bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree from an accredited physical therapy program. Minnesota state licensure. Temporary Minnesota state licensure accepted if accompanied by proof of passing physical therapy board examination. BLS certification. Pediatric experience preferred.

The posted salary represents a market competitive range based on salary survey benchmark data for similar roles in the local or national market. Annual salaries displayed are based on full-time employment (40 standard hrs per week). Annual salaries for part-time positions will be prorated based on the employee’s scheduled weekly hours in relation to the full-time standard. When determining individual pay rates, we carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate, internal equity and organizational needs.
In addition to your salary, this position may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other fringe benefits. Positions that require night, weekend or on-call work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay.
