Requires a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license with a minimum of 2 years of full-time experience in orthopedic surgery or a similar setting.
Full-time salaried position in Orthopedic Surgery to support the SRS fracture clinic Schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule at 1.0FTE (one hour for lunch) 100% outpatient at the SRS San Diego Main clinic – no after-hours / no call / no inpatient work Collaborative practice model, working closely alongside a supervising orthopedic physician to evaluate and manage fracture patients Opportunity to function in a team-based setting, participating in joint patient visits and shared decision-making to develop comprehensive treatment plans Patient population includes adults ages 18 and older presenting with acute and follow-up fracture care needs About the Group: Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group is one of the largest, most comprehensive medical groups in San Diego County, with 19 locations offering services such as primary and specialty care, laboratory, physical therapy, radiology, pharmacy and urgent care. Compensation is determined by a structured pay scale based on years of experience and applicable certifications, with final placement within the range confirmed during the recruitment process. The annual base salary range is $154,500.00-$216,537.30, with eligibility for bonuses, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. This position is represented by UNAC/UHCP under applicable labor agreements.
