Full specialty back-up including 24-hour perinatal and GYN/ONC services with dedicated OB anesthesia Responsible for labor and delivery, triage, and postpartum On-call OBGYNs and OB hospitalists are always available On-site overnight room for provider Hospital delivers ~9,000 babies per year, highest volume in the state of California! Compensation is determined by a structured pay scale based on years of experience and applicable certifications, with final placement within the range confirmed during the recruitment process. The annual base salary range for a full-time position at 1.0FTE is $154,500.00-$216,537.30, with eligibility for bonuses, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. A part-time contract/per diem position is non-benefitted and calculated at an hourly rate within the defined pay scale. This position is represented by UNAC/UHCP under applicable labor agreements.
