• The Clinical Operations Representative (COR) facilitates the daily allocation of nursing personnel, utilizing general staffing guidelines (as approved by Nursing Directors) and knowledge of personnel’s skill level.
• The position coordinates additional activities centrally located in the Nursing Office and promotes and maintains a professional image through contact with the public.
• The COR will also facilitate patient admissions and transfers throughout the facility working in Cerner, PBAR, Right Bed and the Hospital ADT system.
• They will assist in applying the appropriate room accommodation codes, and communicate any problems immediately to the Transfer Center Coordinator or House Supervisor.
