Requires an MD or DO degree, a valid Maryland medical license, and completion of a Radiology residency. Board certification in Radiology is required.

As a Radiologist, you will play a critical role in diagnosing and interpreting medical images to guide treatment decisions. Your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes, and you will work on a variety of cases that showcase the breadth of your skills.
Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs Interpret medical images and provide accurate reports to referring physicians Collaborate with healthcare teams to discuss patient diagnoses and treatment plans Maintain a high standard of patient care and safety during imaging procedures Stay current with advancements in radiology technology and techniques Educate patients and families about imaging procedures and results Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives Provide mentorship and training to junior staff and medical students
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Valid medical license to practice in the state of Maryland Completion of a residency in Radiology Board certification in Radiology preferred Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Commitment to continuous professional development and education
Schedule: 8a-5p
Rotating Call: Weeknights (5p-7a) and weekends (8a-4p)
Setting: Primarily onsite, some remote work possible
Case Types: 50% neuro, 50% general (X-ray, US, and body CT)
Will cover inpatient and outpatient cases
Must be board-certified
Compensation & Benefits: $550K annual base salary
Up to $100K per quarter in bonusing
