Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families to create personalized care plans and manage the discharge process.
Requires a nursing degree (BSN, ADN, or Diploma) and current state licensure as a Registered Nurse. CPR and De-escalation certifications are required, with a preference for six months of Medical/Surgical experience in acute care.
