Perform physical exams, diagnostic tests, and medical treatments for urgent, emergent, and non-urgent patients in collaboration with a supervising physician. Responsibilities include performing procedures like laceration repair and DOT physicals while documenting all findings in electronic medical records.
Requires certification from an approved Physician Assistant program and active licensure in the State of Maryland, including DEA and Controlled Substance licenses. Candidates must hold NRCME DOT and BLS certifications, with a preference for 1+ years of hospital or outpatient experience.
Pay is based on experience, skills and education. The pay range may also vary based on specialty if applicable. Salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
