Keystone Pediatrics Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Work Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday One Saturday per month: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Keystone Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate and motivated LPN to join our growing team.
We are a fast-paced, expanding Community Health Center dedicated to improving the health and wellness of the families in our community.
The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, team-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional patient care in a busy pediatric office setting.
Responsibilities Include: Managing patient phone calls and clinical messages Requesting and tracking medical records for new patients Referral coordination and tracking Lab and diagnosis tracking Completing medication prior authorizations as needed Assisting and floating to support other nursing staff when necessary Supporting providers and patients in a collaborative team environment Qualifications: Current Pennsylvania LPN license Graduate of an accredited LPN program Current CPR/BLS certification Previous office nursing experience preferred Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred Ideal Candidate: Strong multitasking and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Excellent communication and patient care abilities Keystone Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer Keystone Health is a well-established, community-based, non-profit organization that delivers high-quality health care to individuals and families with and without insurance.
