Keystone Internal Medicine – Waynesboro Medical Assistant Work Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday – 40 Hours Weekly Keystone Health is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to join the team at Keystone Internal Medicine in Waynesboro.
We’re a fast-paced, expanding Community Health Center looking for a compassionate and motivated Medical Assistant who is passionate about patient care and improving the wellness of our neighbors.

Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred Graduate of an accredited Medical Assisting Program required Current CPR/BLS certification required Prior experience in a medical office setting preferred Experience using an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system preferred Responsibilities Room and prepare patients for provider visits Obtain and document vital signs, medical history, and patient information Answer and return patient phone calls in a timely and professional manner Request and manage medical records for new patients Track referrals, labs, and diagnoses to ensure timely follow-up care Complete medication prior authorizations as needed Assist providers with clinical procedures and patient care Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system Coordinate with providers and staff to support efficient patient flow Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines Support a positive, team-oriented work environment Keystone Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer Keystone Health is a well-established, community-based, non-profit organization that delivers high-quality health care to individuals and families with and without insurance.
