• Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) with Assisted Living (AL) Trinity Rehab is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our team in Lumberton, NC. This position provides the opportunity to work in a supportive, patient-centered environment focused on both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care.
• Our facility is a beautiful 72-bed community, featuring: 52 Skilled Nursing beds 20 Assisted Living beds 10 private short-term rehab rooms with en-suite bathrooms Therapists enjoy working in our state-of-the-art rehab gym, designed to support comprehensive care and exceptional outcomes.
• The gym includes: Spacious treatment areas Two treatment mat tables Parallel bars Nautilus equipment NuStep machine Fully equipped ADL kitchen
• Full bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower
