Registered Nurse (Home Health)

• Skilled Home Health Nurses Needed – Palm Springs, CA Registered Nurses (RN) | Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) | Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) Billet Health is expanding, and we’re looking for compassionate, skilled healthcare professionals to join our growing home health team in the Palm Springs area.
• We provide personalized home health services through a 9-week episode of care, focusing on exceptional clinical outcomes while creating meaningful patient relationships.

Responsibilities

Registered Nurse (RN) Complete SOCs, ROCs, recertifications, and skilled nursing visits Perform patient assessments Collaborate with the Director of Nursing Develop and implement individualized care plans Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Provide skilled nursing services per physician orders Monitor patient conditions and report changes Support patient education and care coordination Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) Deliver compassionate personal care Observe and report patient condition changes

Qualifications

Active RN, LPN, or CNA license Current Physical CPR/BLS Certification Valid driver’s license and auto insurance Valid TB documentation: Skin test within 1 year OR Chest X-ray within 5 years Training Requirement One full week of home health training availability required (Monday–Friday).
