Your role Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
Your day-to-day expectations Provide services via the Televero Telehealth platform, both live and offline Maintain a high quality of care consistent with the practice’s goals When not treating patients, assisting with, but not limited to, developing our behavioral health practice to include protocol development, training, and engaging in clinical behavioral health discussions with prospective clients Prescribe medications and close out medication tickets in a timely manner Take notes and assign billing codes within the EMR, including no-shows Closeout documentation within twenty-four hours of the patient encounter Review and interpret any patient assessments that we use in the practice Attend monthly peer, supervisory, and educational meetings
00 am to 8:00 pm CST, Monday through Sunday. This position is part-time from 16 to 32 hours of patient time per week. We will work with you to ensure a flexible schedule. This role reports to Televero's Director of Nursing and a Pod Leader (Supervisory MD).
Experience to thrive Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or related field.
Completion of CCNE-accredited Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) specialization.
Active PMHNP License in Washington.
Minimum 2 years' experience.
Two or more years of Telehealth experience.
Two or more years of Outpatient experience.
Two or more years of Prescribing experience.
Experience diagnosing and treating Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
