We are looking for clinicians who have substantial clinical experience in assessing, counseling, and supporting autistic individuals across varying levels of support needs. The ideal candidate has worked with patients requiring Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 supports and understands the unique emotional, behavioral, sensory, social, and family challenges experienced throughout the lifespan. Your role Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW) -- Autism Specialist (Pediatric and/or Adult) Your day-to-day expectations Provide evidence-based counseling to autistic patients and their families via the Televero Telehealth platform Deliver individual and family therapy utilizing autism-informed approaches Adapt therapeutic interventions based on developmental level, communication style, sensory needs, and cognitive functioning Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, and care coordinators as part of a multidisciplinary team. Develop individualized treatment plans that promote independence, emotional regulation, executive functioning, and quality of life. Assist patients managing co-occurring psychiatric conditions including: Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, OCD, Trauma, Behavioral Dysregulation When not treating patients, assisting with, but not limited to, developing our behavioral health practice to include protocol development, training, and engaging in clinical behavioral health discussions with prospective clients Take notes and assign billing codes within the EMR, including no-shows Closeout documentation within twenty-four hours of the patient encounter Attend monthly peer, supervisory, and educational meetings Your workday This position is 100% virtual. We are open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm CST, Monday through Sunday. This position open to part or full-time from 16 to 40 hours per week. We will work with you to ensure a flexible schedule. We will ask you to include availability in your schedule evenings (5:00 PM-8:00 PM) or weekends. This role reports to Televero's Director of Counseling. Experience to thrive Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work or related field. Completion of CSWE-accredited Master of Social Work or Counseling program. Active Unrestricted LPC or LCSW License in Texas. Minimum 3 years of direct clinical experience treating individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder Foundations for success Responsive, strong communication both written and verbally. A culturally aware and inclusive mindset in every interaction. Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented approach Effective time management and organization in a virtual environment. Reliable internet connection and confident navigating technology – including Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and Teams). EMR experience and ability to navigate evolving systems.
