Salary

Provide personal care, environmental interventions, and limited group treatment activities for residents based on individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities include administering medications, documenting medical charts, and transporting clients to engage in treatment services.
Must be eligible for QMHA registration through MHACBO, requiring a bachelor's degree in behavioral science or three years of verifiable behavioral health experience. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check are mandatory.

This position falls under the AFSCME bargaining unit. Wages, benefits, and working conditions are set in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement.
With our MHACBO-accredited training program, you will earn CEUs towards applicable mental health certifications, while attending your required, paid training, and receiving qualified clinical supervision gaining on-the-job experience.
Starting at $21.63 - $22.96 per hour DOE/Credentials.
Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates.
About the Program
River Bridge is a secure, co-ed, secure, 16-bed program serving adults living with a mental illness. River Bridge offers multiple therapeutic areas for residents, and a large, private backyard for recreational activities.

Will be required to register as a QMHA - R through MHACBO during the first week of employment.
Driving is an essential function of this position. Successful applicants must provide a valid driver's license from their state of residence or obtain and submit one within 30 days of hire, maintain a safe driving record, and have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
This position requires the ability to frequently talk, listen, use hands and fingers, reach, stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb stairs, as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds. It may require the ability to occasionally use ladders, squat/kneel, and perform other physical tasks as applicable. In addition, you must successfully complete crisis de-escalation and CPR trainings, which require performing various physical, hands-on maneuvers and techniques and may require an individual to lift and transfer clients.
