Assists residents with daily personal care activities and monitors vital signs while maintaining dignity. Supports nursing and therapy teams by implementing care plans and reporting changes in resident conditions.
Requires successful completion of a Certified Nurse Aide program and current NYS Certification in good standing. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and prior experience in a skilled facility is desired but not required.
$19.00 - $26.60 per hour

How you’ll make an impact in this role Assists residents with daily personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting, transferring, and monitoring vital signs while maintaining privacy and dignity. Supports nursing and therapy teams by carrying out care plans, aiding in rehabilitation and restorative programs, and reporting changes in resident conditions. Follows facility policies, safety standards, infection control practices, and ethical guidelines while protecting confidential health information. Promotes quality care through teamwork, professional communication, accurate documentation, and a commitment to the facility’s mission and core values.
Successful completion of a Certified Nurse Aide program and/or NYS Current Certification. Certification must be current and the C.N.A. must be in good standing with the NYS Aide Registry required.
