The Licensed Practical Nurse administers medications and treatments while monitoring resident medical conditions under the supervision of nursing leadership. They also maintain accurate medical records and supervise CNAs to ensure a safe, therapeutic environment.
Candidates must possess a current New York State LPN license and Basic Life Support certification. A graduate degree from an accredited school of Practical Nursing is required, with one year of medical-surgical skilled nursing experience preferred.
$29.00 - $38.27 per hour

How you’ll make an impact in this role Administers medications and treatments, monitors residents’ medical conditions, reports changes, and provides direct nursing care under the supervision of the Unit Manager and RN Supervisor. Maintains accurate medical records, protects confidential information, and ensures compliance with policies, safety standards, infection control, and quality improvement programs. Supervises CNAs, assists physicians during procedures, supports residents and families during crises, and helps maintain a safe, therapeutic environment. Upholds the facility’s mission and core values through professional conduct, ongoing education, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
Must possess Basic Life Support Certification credentials, required. Current New York State LPN License, required.
