Job Quick Facts: \n\n• Specialty: OB Hospitalist\n• Job Type: Locum Tenens\n• Facility Location: Toledo, OH\n• Service Setting: Inpatient\n• Reason For Coverage: Supplemental\n• Coverage Period: Jul 26 – Aug 10, 2026\n• Coverage Type: Clinical + Call\n• Shift Type: 24 Hour\n• Shift Schedule: 8a - 5p\n• Call Schedule: 8a – 8a\n• Call Type: In house\n• Specific Coverage Dates:\n- Jul 26 – 27\n- Jul 31 – Aug 1\n- Aug 2 – 3\n- Aug 7 (8a–5p)\n- Aug 9 – 10\n• Beds in Department: 10\n• Trauma Level: IV\n• EMR: Epic\n• Support Staff: Residents and Nursing staff\n• Physician in Practice: OBGYN\n• Case Mix: 20% low risk OB, 80% high risk OB\n• Other Info:\n- Lab and Ultrasound onsite\n• Duties/Procedures: - Low/high risk pregnancy management and FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE)\n- OB ultrasounds including Level I/viability and Level II/anatomic screening\n- Routine and complicated deliveries including vaginal, forceps, C section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, and VBACs\n- Repair of 3rd/4th degree lacerations\n- Surgical gynecology including open, laparoscopic minor, and major operative procedures such as tubal ligation, LOA, chromal tubation, ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, and cystectomy\n- Office/minor gynecology including IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, colposcopy, and LEEP\n• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes\n• Resident/Teaching Supervision Required: Yes\n• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered\n\nRequirements:\n• Active OH License\n• BC\n• BLS, ACLS\n• NPDB report
