Responsibilities

• Collect and interpret data relevant to the patient’s health or situation; analyze assessment information to inform diagnosis and care planning
• Develop, implement, and coordinate a plan of care with interventions to achieve outcomes; monitor progress and adjust as needed
• Collaborate with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, healing, and compassionate care
• Educate patients and families about health information, treatment plans, and procedures
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care and proper follow-up
• Delegate tasks appropriately, coordinate duties of team members, and support a safe and efficient care environment
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing (state licensure required for practice)
• Relevant experience in Labor & Delivery or obstetric nursing (specialty focus L&D)
• Ability to work 3x12 night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced hospital setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to educate and support patients and families
• Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and discharge planning
• Compliance with required vaccinations and E-Verify participation
